"Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.

"Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

"Service" refers to the Website.

"Website" refers to harikatha.co.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our digital content. If you are not, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

1. You may request a cancellation and full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

2. The refund is only valid if you have not started to view, download, or otherwise access the purchased digital content.

3. Refunds are not available for digital content that has been gifted to another user (through a gift option available on the website after purchase). Once the content is gifted, the transaction is considered final.

Once you qualify for a return (as per the above section), to request a refund, please contact our support team at support@harikathastudio.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Once you submit a refund request, we will approve or disapprove your request within 7 business days after our team has carefully checked it against the above criteria.

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
