We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

All digital purchases are delivered on the website harikatha.co conditioned to:

1. Acceptance of shipping, refund & return, terms & condition and privacy policy.

2. Successful payment confirmation from payment partners.

3. Each digital product had additional delivery time and conditions mentioned with it. For example, pre-booking of a content will be delivered on release time.

4. In case there is failure from Harikatha Studio to deliver the digital content which has been pre booked within the time limit mentioned on the content, you are eligible for full refund.

All physical product purchases are delivered on the user address :

1. Acceptance of shipping, refund & return, terms & condition and privacy policy.

2. Successful payment confirmation from payment partners.

3. Each product will mention its shipping date depending upon the address of delivery.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Harikatha Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Harikatha Studio, is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
